During October 2025, Zukakosan contributed to the MicrosoftDocs/azure-compute-docs repository by improving the clarity of virtual machine deprecation documentation. They updated the terminology from "Active" to "Existing" to more accurately reflect that currently running VM instances are not impacted by deprecation, aligning the documentation with product guidance and reducing potential customer confusion. This work involved technical writing and documentation skills, with changes implemented in YAML. Although the contribution was focused on a single feature and did not involve code or bug fixes, it enhanced the consistency and maintainability of deprecation messaging across the Azure compute documentation set.
