Worked on the OpenDCAI/DataFlow repository over a two-month period, focusing exclusively on documentation and branding improvements. Enhanced the clarity and consistency of project documentation by updating README files in both English and Chinese using Markdown, standardizing layout guidance, and refining onboarding materials for developers and SREs. Addressed branding inconsistencies by correcting URLs, updating images, and revising badges to align with current repository references. No functional code changes or bug fixes were made, with all efforts directed toward improving developer experience, onboarding efficiency, and future localization readiness through comprehensive documentation updates and cross-linking across multiple documentation files.
