Worked on the element-plus/element-plus repository to streamline and enhance continuous integration and deployment workflows over a two-month period. Focused on simplifying npm nightly publish processes by removing explicit registry configurations from GitHub Actions, reducing maintenance overhead and potential misconfigurations. Later, developed a custom CI/CD deployment script for documentation delivery to Vercel, replacing standard actions to improve control, error handling, and reliability. Leveraged Shell scripting, YAML, and Git to automate processes, clarify deployment steps, and facilitate easier onboarding for contributors. The work emphasized automation and robust DevOps practices, resulting in more maintainable workflows and reduced manual intervention for ongoing deployments.
