Worked on the element-plus/element-plus repository to enhance documentation for Tooltip and Popover components, specifically clarifying their behavior in controlled mode. Focused on improving API clarity by updating Markdown-based documentation to explicitly warn users about invalid trigger-related properties when these components are controlled, thereby reducing potential misuse and confusion. Collaborated across teams to ensure the documentation accurately reflected the components’ TypeScript implementation and limitations. This work emphasized best practices in documentation and API governance, resulting in clearer communication of component constraints and a smoother developer experience, while also aiming to decrease future support requests related to misunderstood API usage.
