Worked on the piplabs/story repository to deliver a core dependency upgrade, focusing on replacing private fork references with the latest public stable versions of the Cosmos SDK and the Evidence package. This effort centered on improving long-term maintainability and ecosystem compatibility by aligning with community-supported releases. The approach emphasized robust dependency management using Go Modules, ensuring clear commit traceability and simplifying future upgrade paths. Although no major bugs were addressed during this period, the work enhanced build and test stability, reduced technical debt, and established a more reliable foundation for subsequent feature development within the Go and Cosmos SDK ecosystem.
