Worked on the moltbot/moltbot repository to enhance the reliability and visibility of Windows gateway task enumeration. Addressed an issue where duplicate gateway tasks with similar prefixes were hidden by normalizing task names parsed from Windows schtasks output. This solution involved backend development using TypeScript and Python, with a focus on robust test-driven development practices. Added targeted daemon tests to ensure the correctness and reliability of the normalization logic, and validated the changes through type proof, autoreview, and continuous integration pipelines. The work reduced operator confusion and enabled more reliable automation by improving the accuracy of gateway task discovery on Windows.
