This involved updating the core editor logic and associated tests to accurately represent and manipulate nucleic acid structures, ensuring seamless modeling of DNA antisense alongside existing RNA workflows. The work was carried out using JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on front end development and rigorous testing practices. By broadening the editor’s capabilities, the contribution enhanced cytoscience workflows for nucleic acid design, allowing users to model a wider range of macromolecular structures.
