Over a two-month period, contributed to infrastructure and CI improvements across the alphagov/govuk-infrastructure and alphagov/govuk-fastly repositories. Delivered a modularization of the publishing infrastructure reports S3 bucket by migrating it into a dedicated Terraform module, enhancing code maintainability and enabling safer, faster updates. In the following month, focused on CI workflow efficiency by upgrading the GitHub Actions cache action to version 5.0.4, resulting in improved caching performance and more reliable continuous integration runs. Work leveraged skills in AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, emphasizing infrastructure as code principles and aligning with automated dependency management for consistent, predictable deployments.
