During July 2025, Achi focused on security hardening for the aliasrobotics/cai repository, specifically improving the alias models API. He migrated the API endpoint from HTTP to HTTPS, addressing potential man-in-the-middle vulnerabilities and aligning the integration with modern security best practices. Using Python and leveraging his expertise in API development, Achi implemented and verified the endpoint change, ensuring that client data transmissions are now encrypted and more reliable. Although no new features were released, this work enhanced the API’s security posture and reliability, laying a solid foundation for future development and safer client integrations within the aliasrobotics/cai project.
