Worked on the aliasrobotics/cai repository to enhance security in file discovery workflows by developing a feature that blocks dangerous flags in the find_file function, thereby preventing remote code execution and unauthorized file manipulation. Applied Python development skills to harden input validation, reducing the attack surface and improving the reliability of asset handling. The implementation focused on security best practices, ensuring that potentially harmful inputs are effectively filtered. Additionally, corrected a typo in the error message to improve clarity for users. This work contributed to safer operational processes and maintained robust security standards within the Python-based codebase over the project period.
