Worked on the confluentinc/cli repository to deliver two core features focused on security and configuration reliability. Developed Elastic Self-Hosted User Authentication, enabling username and password support to strengthen access control for self-hosted Elastic services. Enhanced Flink connection configuration by updating connection type options and enforcing API key requirements, which improved deployment accuracy and reduced misconfiguration risks. Added integration for new AI services within Flink, broadening the platform’s configuration capabilities and supporting faster onboarding for AI-driven workflows. Utilized Go for backend and API development, leveraging cloud services to ensure robust, scalable solutions. Also addressed test artifact reliability to stabilize CI processes.
