Leveraged R and JAGS to implement data preparation, multiple Bayesian models, MCMC evaluation, and WAIC-based model comparison, producing visualization-ready outputs for ecological modeling. Addressed simulation readiness by introducing a simulation counter, results matrix, and per-estimate p-value computation loop, ensuring robust simulation-based inference. Enhanced documentation and reproducibility by refining Quarto and R Markdown files, updating bibliographies, and migrating to a textConnection-based workflow, which reduced file clutter and improved auditability for stakeholder review and future collaborative development.
