Worked on Dutch localization for the Metrolist repository, delivering an initial translation that enabled onboarding for Dutch-speaking users. Focused on internationalization by integrating a Weblate-based translation workflow, which streamlined the process of adding and managing translations. Utilized XML for string resources and collaborated with translators to ensure accuracy and consistency. Achieved 19.9% coverage of Dutch strings, laying the groundwork for future localization efforts without impacting existing application functionality. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus was on expanding accessibility and establishing a scalable translation pipeline using Android development and localization best practices.
