Introduced a force-protect list to safeguard essential services and PrivilegedHelperTools, ensuring critical components like Docker and Homebrew services remain intact. Expanded the cleanup process to include orphaned container stubs within the App leftovers workflow, improving completeness without disrupting installed applications. Emphasized robust system administration practices, incorporating incremental removal logic and improved error visibility throughout the implementation.
