Developed and integrated CKAN metadata for the ScattererOPM mod within the KSP-CKAN/NetKAN repository, focusing on improving mod discoverability and installation reliability. The work involved authoring a JSON metadata file that defined the mod’s identifier, name, and dependencies, ensuring seamless compatibility with the CKAN mod manager. Leveraging skills in CKAN, JSON, and modding workflows, the integration automated metadata curation and enhanced dependency handling. This reduced manual intervention, minimized installation errors, and streamlined user onboarding. The technical approach emphasized proper tagging and lifecycle governance, resulting in higher curation quality and reduced support overhead for the mod’s ongoing maintenance.
