The work involved creating a new NetKAN YAML configuration file that included detailed installation guidance and explicit dependency metadata, streamlining the onboarding process for users and maintainers. Leveraging skills in YAML configuration, game modding, and plugin development, the integration reduced manual setup and enhanced compatibility within the KSP-CKAN ecosystem. The approach emphasized clear documentation and Git-based collaboration, resulting in more reliable installations and easier discovery of the Enhanced Astronaut Complex plugin for the community.
