Worked on the AutoMQ/automq repository to streamline contributor onboarding by updating the contributing guide with a Docker-first deployment path. Focused on reducing setup friction for new contributors, the work involved enhancing Markdown documentation to provide clear, step-by-step guidance for Docker-based initial deployment. This approach aimed to accelerate the time-to-first-contribution and decrease the support burden for onboarding. Leveraged skills in documentation best practices, contribution guidelines, and onboarding processes, while utilizing Docker and Markdown as core technologies. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on improving documentation quality and the overall contributor experience through robust Git and PR workflows.
