Worked on the extenda/actions repository to enhance the Conventional Release workflow by introducing support for pre-release and latest flags. This involved refactoring the release-type determination logic to accurately interpret and apply these new flags, ensuring that release automation could distinguish between standard and pre-release versions. The implementation was delivered using JavaScript and Node.js, leveraging Conventional Commits to maintain clear and structured commit history. The changes focused on improving release management processes, allowing for more flexible and precise control over release types. No bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated solely on feature development and workflow refinement.
