During April 2025, contributed to the bytedance/deer-flow repository by modernizing the message list interface through the integration of the Radix UI ScrollArea component. This work replaced a custom scrollable div, resulting in improved UI consistency, enhanced scroll performance, and better accessibility, including keyboard navigation and reduced layout thrash. The implementation involved updating dependencies in pnpm-lock.yaml to support the new UI component and ensure reproducible builds. All changes were developed using React and TypeScript, with a focus on front-end development and UI component best practices. The code was thoroughly documented and prepared for review and release.
