Worked on the dotnet/aspire repository to deliver a targeted upgrade of Azure SDK dependencies within the Provisioning stack. Focused on aligning Azure.Provisioning and Azure.Provisioning.Storage to version 1.0.1 and synchronizing Azure.Core versions, the work centralized library version management using XML-based Directory.Packages.props files. This approach ensured consistent dependency versions across all provisioning components, reducing version drift and simplifying future upgrades. Leveraging skills in dependency and package management, the changes improved the reliability and maintainability of provisioning workflows. The update laid the groundwork for easier ongoing maintenance and upgrade readiness throughout the repository’s Azure provisioning services. No bugs were reported.
