Worked on frontend rendering improvements for the hotosm/tasking-manager repository, focusing on enhancing the readability and consistency of project card short descriptions. Implemented markdown rendering to allow richer formatting of content, ensuring that project descriptions are both visually cohesive and easier for end users to read. Addressed typography inheritance so that child elements within the project card short description maintain consistent styling, streamlining the user interface for both reviewers and contributors. Utilized React and CSS to deliver these changes, with all updates recorded across two commits. The work addressed a single feature, emphasizing attention to UI detail and maintainability.
