Worked on the hotosm/tasking-manager repository to enhance pull request triage by implementing a scalable labeling system using GitHub Actions and YAML. Migrated the existing labeler configuration to the new Labeler v6 format, enabling automated, scope-based labeling of pull requests according to file changes. This approach reduced manual labeling effort and accelerated code review by standardizing how labels are applied across contributors. The work established a robust migration path for future configuration updates and documented the new labeling rules, supporting ongoing scalability as the repository evolves. Focus remained on configuration management and DevOps practices to streamline repository maintenance and collaboration.
