This update replaced the previous LoadingState component with a unified LoadingOverlay, streamlining the UI and improving maintainability. The approach focused on preventing premature empty-state messages, thereby improving the perceived performance and clarity for admin users managing user data. Leveraged React and TypeScript to refactor asynchronous data handling and UI patterns, ensuring that loading states are accurately represented.
