Developed an enhancement for the bettercodepaul/swt2-bsa-frontend repository by adding a View League Standings button to the League Detail Page, enabling users to navigate directly to league standings with URL query parameters reflecting the selected league. The implementation began with functional navigation using Angular and TypeScript, then progressed to refining the button’s text and placement to improve accessibility and overall user experience. Throughout the process, changes were clearly documented in two commits, focusing on both feature introduction and UX improvements. This work streamlined user navigation, reduced steps to access live standings, and demonstrated disciplined front end development and UI/UX design skills.
