Christopher Louie developed and enhanced data governance and import workflows for the bcgov/klamm repository over a two-month period. He implemented features in Laravel and PHP to improve form management, including soft deletes for user lifecycle control, stricter form versioning, and robust input validation for number and currency fields. His work included building a resilient data import process that preserves field visibility and supports safe reimports, as well as hardening database seeding to prevent duplicates and ensure production readiness. These contributions improved data integrity, reduced maintenance complexity, and established scalable practices for backend development and database management within the project.
