The documentation established a standardized workflow, reducing setup time and minimizing support requests. By integrating the new tool into the handbook and linking updates through version control, CJ demonstrated strong skills in technical writing and documentation management, delivering a focused, in-depth resource that addressed a specific internal adoption challenge.
