During May 2025, Chasing focused on enhancing the sip-gateway-issues.md documentation within the MicrosoftDocs/SupportArticles-docs repository. The work addressed the temporary unavailability of OTP-based device validation in the GCC environment by providing clear guidance on alternative authentication methods, such as Zero Touch Common Area Phone Sign In, and clarifying direct sign-in options for specific endpoint types. Chasing improved the documentation’s structure and usability by refining targeted links to device validation methods. All updates were implemented in Markdown, leveraging strong documentation skills. The scope was limited to a single feature, with no bug fixes, reflecting a focused and incremental documentation improvement.
