Worked on enhancing the French localization of the matomo-org/plugin-GoogleAnalyticsImporter repository, focusing on improving usability for French-speaking users. Leveraged Weblate to update and nearly complete the French translation, ensuring 169 out of 170 strings were accurately localized. Applied a structured translation workflow that streamlined the integration of INI-based language files, reducing manual overhead and supporting ongoing internationalization efforts. The work emphasized maintaining localization quality and readiness, laying the foundation for broader adoption and easier onboarding. Throughout the two-month period, the developer concentrated on feature delivery in localization and internationalization, without addressing bug fixes, and documented processes for future cycles.
