Worked on enhancing the CI/CD pipeline for the octoenergy/xocto repository by implementing a full checkout method in CircleCI, focusing on improving dependency management during continuous integration builds. This approach, configured using YAML, aimed to increase build reliability and reproducibility while minimizing issues related to caching and flaky builds. The update streamlined the developer feedback loop and facilitated easier onboarding by ensuring a more robust and maintainable CI configuration. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary focus remained on strengthening the DevOps process and long-term maintainability through targeted improvements to the project’s CI/CD infrastructure.
