Worked on the hmcts/cnp-api-docs repository to deprecate and remove the CaTH Subscription and Channel Management APIs, focusing on simplifying system boundaries and reducing maintenance overhead. The approach involved refactoring backend code to eliminate obsolete API paths and updating frontend dependencies to decouple them from the removed services, enabling independent evolution of both layers. Documentation was thoroughly revised using Markdown to reflect these architectural changes and clarify the updated system scope. This work emphasized documentation management and backend cleanup, resulting in a more maintainable and secure codebase while supporting parallel development tracks for frontend and backend teams without coordinated dependencies.
