Worked on the laravel/livewire-starter-kit repository to enhance development environment stability by addressing process management issues. Focused on fixing a bug where processes started by the concurrently command were not properly terminated, which previously led to orphaned processes and unreliable shutdowns. Utilized shell scripting and process management skills to ensure all related processes closed cleanly during environment shutdown, reducing manual cleanup and support overhead for the team. These improvements streamlined onboarding for new developers and contributed to a more reliable workflow, enabling smoother feature development and debugging. The work emphasized robust lifecycle management using shell scripting within the project’s infrastructure.
