Worked on the spring-projects/spring-boot repository to improve archive signature file generation for WAR and Uber JAR deployments on Oracle Java 17. Addressed a bug where signature files were incorrectly generated by refactoring BootArchiveSupport and BootZipCopyAction, ensuring signature files are written only when signed libraries are present rather than relying on a hardcoded flag. This change enhanced the reliability of WAR deployment verification and reduced false negatives during deployment. Utilized Java, Gradle, and build tool expertise to implement targeted refactors and improve software packaging workflows, resulting in more robust compatibility and verification processes for Java 17 environments.
