Developed a dedicated app-testing launch configuration for the ehharvey/lms-2024 repository, focusing on improving the reliability and efficiency of application-level testing. The work involved updating the launch.json file using JSON to introduce a new app-test profile and reorganizing CLI commands within the configuration. This approach enabled isolated, repeatable test runs, streamlining the validation process for app changes. Leveraging skills in configuration management, debugging, and testing, the developer enhanced the overall testing workflow without addressing bug fixes during this period. The changes supported more consistent test results and contributed to a smoother development process for the LMS project.
