Worked on the cncf/glossary repository to deliver a comprehensive update to the Video Recording Sign Language Style Guide, focusing on standardizing recording practices for accessibility and consistency. Used Markdown to revise documentation, clarifying requirements for lighting, background, dress code, camera position, signing space, clarity, facial expressions, fingerspelling, and posture. Added practical workflow guidance on video storage, mistake handling, editing, labeling, audio removal, and uploading. Coordinated an Index.md update to improve navigation and discoverability of the new guidelines. This work enhanced contributor onboarding and reduced ambiguity, supporting a more streamlined and reliable video documentation process for the project.
