During April 2025, Edson Celio focused on governance-driven localization workflow improvements for the cncf/glossary repository. He implemented a feature to update Portuguese content ownership, removing himself as maintainer and approver to reflect current governance needs. Using YAML and configuration management skills, Edson aligned CODEOWNERS and .github/settings.yml files to streamline the approval process for Portuguese localization. This automation reduced bottlenecks and enabled faster, more reliable content updates across teams. While no bugs were addressed during this period, the work demonstrated a targeted approach to process automation and cross-team governance, resulting in a more efficient localization workflow for the project.
