Updated the alerts configuration using JSON to introduce a new 'p1' critical alert tier, enabling faster escalation of authentication-related incidents. Leveraged skills in configuration management and software development, primarily utilizing C# and JSON. The work strengthened observability and responsiveness for authentication issues, contributing to more reliable service monitoring and streamlined remediation processes without introducing any bug fixes during the development period.
