During the month, contributed to the primevue repository by enhancing the ColorPicker component with a new controlled usage demo and improving its internal logic. Focused on front-end development using Vue.js and JavaScript, the work involved creating a ControlledDoc.vue example that demonstrates how to manage ColorPicker state externally with RGB input. Refactored the hue update logic to ensure deterministic behavior, particularly when saturation or brightness values are zero, addressing previously uncontrolled scenarios. These changes improved the reliability and predictability of the component, making it safer for integration in client applications and providing clearer guidance for developers implementing controlled component patterns.
