Updated the items watcher for deeper reactivity, ensuring changes to data are accurately reflected in the UI. Removed temporary debugging controls to maintain a clean interface while preserving essential functionality. Addressed Issue #6986 with targeted commits, stabilizing VirtualScroller behavior and maintaining API compatibility, which supports ongoing performance and maintainability for the project.
