During February 2025, Dwi Tirtayadi authored a Technical Solution Guide in the Azure/AzureLocal-Supportability repository to address Solution Upgrade failures at the SetTrustedHost step, which were caused by restrictive Group Policy settings. Leveraging expertise in system administration, technical writing, and troubleshooting, Dwi provided a Markdown-based guide detailing how to modify Group Policy Objects and resume the upgrade process. This solution targeted a recurring pain point for Windows environments, reducing the likelihood of upgrade failures and minimizing post-upgrade support needs.
