Worked on the vechain-sdk-js repository to address a precision issue in the AccountsModule unit tests, focusing on backend development using JavaScript and TypeScript. Refactored the energy value comparisons in tests to use BigInt, replacing floating-point arithmetic to ensure accurate handling of large or fractional energy values. This technical approach eliminated edge-case failures and reduced CI flakiness, resulting in more stable and reliable test outcomes. By improving numeric handling and test reliability, the work reinforced the correctness of energy accounting within the SDK. Emphasized code quality and maintainability through careful unit testing and adherence to robust engineering standards.
