
During September 2025, contributed to the nxp-upstream/zephyr repository by integrating two hardware features on the slstk3701a board. Delivered Si7210 Hall-effect sensor support through Device Tree configuration and implemented power management using a fixed 3.3V regulator controlled via GPIO, updating the board defconfig accordingly. Added LPM013M126A display integration by configuring USART1 for SPI operation, updating pinctrl for display pins, and suppressing SPI bus bridge warnings with a dedicated CMake file. Leveraged DTS, Kconfig, and cmake to ensure maintainable, board-level changes. These enhancements expanded hardware prototyping capabilities, enabling faster sensor and display demos aligned with external peripheral roadmap goals.
