Worked on the bitnami/charts repository to address and consolidate TLS Ingress configuration issues affecting www and non-www domains across Drupal, WordPress, and Nginx Helm charts. Focused on correcting subdomain hostname generation, ensuring proper TLS handling, and standardizing TLS secret name creation to reduce misconfiguration risks. Leveraged strong skills in Kubernetes, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code, primarily using YAML, to implement these changes across multiple subcharts. This work improved the stability and reliability of TLS deployments for Kubernetes ingress, minimizing potential service outages and enhancing security for users relying on TLS termination at the ingress layer in production environments.
