Used Markdown and technical writing skills to clarify usage scenarios and improve image rendering, making the documentation more accessible and reducing potential support queries. The work addressed customer requirements for secure, scalable data integration and streamlined onboarding, with all updates delivered as a single feature during the month without reported bug fixes.
