
Over four months, contributed to the HealthRex/CDSS repository by building and enhancing clinical decision support tools for healthcare workflows. Developed a Flask-based web application that predicts patient retention in OUD treatment, integrating a pre-trained survival model and interactive Plotly visualizations. Delivered an eConsult embedding system for template recommendations, improved repository organization, and expanded clinical template support across multiple specialties using structured JSON and backend routing. Implemented data cleaning and cohort processing pipelines for antibiotic susceptibility analysis, leveraging Python, Pandas, and Jupyter Notebook. Focused on reproducibility, maintainability, and clear documentation to streamline onboarding and enable data-driven clinical decision-making.
December 2025 monthly focus: expanded eConsult capabilities by introducing multi-specialty JSON templates and enabling efficient support scaffolding. This delivered richer data templates, improved routing and caching, and prepared the system for broader clinical questions across specialties.

Implemented data cleaning for medication names, cohort data processing, and a PDF flowchart visualization, packaged as Python scripts and a Jupyter Notebook for Aim 4. These artifacts enable reproducible analysis, clearer communication of workflow, and faster iteration on antimicrobial guidance scenarios.
