During December 2024, Dahmena Hws migrated the Load Balancer Example in the stackitcloud/terraform-provider-stackit repository to use Stackit-native resources, replacing previous dependencies on OpenStack networking, floating IPs, and compute instances. This work involved updating both documentation and Terraform configuration files, ensuring that onboarding and future maintenance are streamlined for users of the provider. Dahmena applied expertise in Terraform, HCL, and cloud infrastructure to align the example with Stackit’s capabilities, reducing external dependencies and clarifying usage patterns. No major defects were addressed, but the migration improved maintainability and business value by simplifying the integration process for Stackit provider users.
