
Developed and integrated an Agent Health, Invulnerability, and Game Over system for the profpantoja/chonGame repository, establishing a foundation for health-driven gameplay progression. Leveraging Java, JavaFX, and object-oriented programming principles, the work introduced health-based damage, invulnerability frames, and attack cooldowns directly into the core game loop. Collision detection and damage handling were updated to respect invulnerability states and tuned for balanced gameplay. The implementation ensured deterministic termination of the game loop when health reached zero, preventing unstable states and improving testability. This feature enhanced player experience and set the stage for future development within the game’s architecture and mechanics.
