May 2026: Delivered Chart Visualization with Vega-Lite in Data Agent for google/adk-python. Added a generate_chart tool and artifact loading to render Vega-Lite specifications into charts using Altair and vl-convert, integrated into the Data Agent sample. The work is captured in commit db064160bf634b1c7e644012076f077cde6cfcef (Co-authored-by: Han Cao). Bugs fixed: none major this month. Overall impact: Provides in-context, interactive data visualizations to accelerate insights, enabling data-driven decisions for Data Agent users.
