Worked on the berachain/beacon-kit repository, focusing on backend and database management using Go. Developed a syncedDB wrapper around Pebble DB to ensure deposit writes are immediately flushed to disk, addressing data durability and reliability during ungraceful restarts. Migrated deposit storage to leverage this wrapper, reducing the risk of data loss and improving the consistency of persisted deposits. Additionally, implemented a licensing compliance update by transitioning consensus-types/types Go files from MIT to BUSL-1.1 and updating license contact information. Prioritized codebase management and audit readiness, ensuring repository-wide licensing metadata consistency without introducing major bug fixes during the period.
