Worked on the SURFscz/SBS repository to deliver a deterministic SCIM event processing improvement, focusing on enforcing FIFO ordering for collaboration and group events. Achieved this by configuring the executor to a single worker and updating SCIM request timeouts, which enhanced reliability and reduced latency under load. Developed and integrated CI and test tooling using Python and Flask to simulate I/O and verify FIFO ordering without requiring a live server, thereby increasing test coverage and reducing environment dependencies. Additionally, performed minor test cleanup to improve readability and maintainability, demonstrating a methodical approach to backend API development and testing practices.
