Developed and integrated a new Zigbee color temperature adjustable bulb device profile within the SmartThingsEdgeDrivers repository, focusing on expanding device compatibility and onboarding for smart lighting solutions. Leveraged YAML to define the device profile, mapping Zigbee capabilities such as switch, level, color temperature adjustment, firmware updates, and refresh to align with existing SmartThings maintenance practices. This work enabled richer automation options and streamlined support for new color temperature bulbs. Demonstrated expertise in device profile definition and edge-driver integration, ensuring the new profile fit seamlessly into the broader SmartThings ecosystem while enhancing the flexibility and maintainability of device onboarding processes.
